What we collect information about
When you visit the init platform, we collect information if:
- You create an account in the platform, we collect your first name, last name, email, password and organization name
- You provide information by entering it into the platform, such as project name
When you visit the website and platform, we collect information about:
- Activity on the website (where you have clicked, where on the page you have spent the most time, date and time)
- Technical information about the device you use and the device's software
- Browser type and how you entered the page
- IP address (to locate which city and country you are in, IP address is not stored and is not linked to identifiable users)

The information we collect is not personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is to analyze trends, track users' movements on the website and collect demographic information.
We do not use cookies to see which websites you visit after you have been on our website. We also do not store information that enables us to identify you as a person.

Who do we share personal data with?
Kvist does not pass on any personal data, but uses external IT suppliers, who can process or store personal data.
Processing and storage of personal data will be carried out within the EEA area. Personal data may be disclosed in connection with a possible transfer of the company.
How long do we store personal data?
Kvist stores the information for as short a time as possible, and only stores it for as long as is necessary to deliver the service. You can at any time request access to and delete your data.

Right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information that you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we fill in the information you believe is incomplete.
